Job summary

Harnish Group Inc. in Washington state seeks an experienced payroll supervisor to lead the payroll team and ensure on-time, accurate processing in compliance with federal and state laws.

You will manage bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for employees across multiple states, utilize UKG software, and collaborate with HR, Accounting and branch leadership to keep payroll actions coordinated and compliant. Qualifications

• 8+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or payroll certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise payroll team and bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Provide timely customer service to employees across 5 states and apply updates to payroll/tax laws.
• Ensure garnishments, deductions, and changes are completed on schedule and compliant.
• Develop communication methods for UKG tool utilization and train regional supervisors.
