Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Field Payroll Supervisor to lead a payroll team responsible for multi-state and union payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee timekeeping, deductions, and reporting while coordinating with HR on leaves and transfers. The role requires strong payroll knowledge and the ability to mentor staff in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in finance, human resources, accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum seven years of work experience in payroll, preferably with a union employer.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and payroll tax handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team handling complex multi-state/union payroll activities.
• Monitor workloads and prioritize team assignments.
• Train subordinates and conduct performance reviews.
• Act as a mentor to payroll staff and other stakeholders.
• Process, audit, and review timekeeping, payroll, and benefits setups.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and union contracts.
• Collaborate with HR on leaves and transfers.
• Support auditors with required payroll information.
