Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Sterling, VA is seeking a Field Payroll Supervisor to lead a payroll team, overseeing time records and complex payrolls across multi-state and union contracts.

Qualifications

• Payroll multi-state tax knowledge required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Fusion Oracle and Workday preferred.
• Union experience in construction industry preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under time pressure.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.
• Research and analytical skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervise payroll processing for multi-state/union payrolls.
• Audit timekeeping, payroll, and benefit setups.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
• Train subordinates and conduct performance reviews.
• Assist in month-end close and GL transfers.
• Respond to employee pay questions and W-2s.
