Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Field Payroll Supervisor to oversee complex multi-state/union payrolls and time records. You will supervise a payroll team, ensure accurate processing, and resolve issues while complying with federal and state laws.

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with payroll systems. You will work closely with HR and accounting, manage reporting, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in finance, human resources, accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum seven years of work experience in payroll, preferably with a union employer.
• Payroll, finance and payroll tax training is a plus.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and union contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise payroll team handling multi-state/union payrolls and monitor workload.
• Process, audit, and review timekeeping, payroll and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and union contracts.
• Train and mentor staff; back up team members as needed.
• Collaborate with HR on leave, transfers, and payroll-related questions.
• Prepare payroll reports for accounting and audits.
