Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor for a full-time role in Kerman, CA. The position oversees front-end payroll operations for a multi-state workforce in a manufacturing setting, leading payroll support staff and ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing.

You will review timekeeping data, resolve discrepancies, and partner with managers, HR, and Accounting to maintain compliance and payroll accuracy.

• Research and resolve employee payroll questions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and wage and hour requirements.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor for a full-time opportunity in Kerman, CA. This role supports a manufacturing environment and is responsible for overseeing front-end payroll operations for a multi-state workforce.

The Payroll Supervisor will lead payroll support staff, review timekeeping data, resolve discrepancies, and partner closely with managers, Human Resources, and Accounting to ensure payroll information is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end payroll functions and payroll support staff for a multi-state employee population.

• Utilize iSolved HCM to manage payroll data, timekeeping, attendance, employee records, and payroll-related information.
• Research and resolve employee payroll questions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and wage and hour requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $28 to $30 per hour.
• Location: Kerman, CA.
• Target Start Date: ASAP.
