Save the Children is seeking a Senior Director of Payroll to lead payroll strategy and operations for US entities, including expatriates and international staff. You will manage internal and external payroll processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT to enable scalable, secure payroll services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of payroll experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience in a multi-state environment with regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations for three entities.
• Administer payroll for international expatriates and third-country nationals.
• Ensure accurate payroll transmissions to banks, including international wires.
• Collaborate with Benefits on deductions and leave pay impacts.
• Lead payroll audits and support financial statements and audits.
• Manage vendor relationships and platform evaluations.
• Coach and develop payroll staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
