The role includes garnishment processing, Workday administration, and providing prompt payroll support to employees and management. Strong math skills and proficiency in Workday and MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• CPP-APA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
• Strong math skills and payroll tax knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and balancing for multiple companies.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and provide timely resolutions.
• Wage garnishments entry and management in Workday.
• ERSP deductions and 401(k) contributions processing.
• Biweekly payroll reporting and journal entries.
• Tax setup and registration across applicable jurisdictions.
• Serve as Workday subject matter expert for testing and setup.
• Backup to payroll team and cross-functional collaboration.
