You will ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and internal policies while handling day-to-day payroll operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of payroll with strong collaboration across teams in a large corporate environment located in Omaha, NE.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years work experience.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)-APA preferred.
• Workday knowledge is required.
• Payroll wage and tax laws familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Processes payroll transactions and balancing for multiple companies.
• Responds to employee payroll-related questions and provides resolution.
• Maintains wage garnishment information in Workday and communicates with affiliates.
• Verifies ERSP deductions and enters enrollee changes in Workday.
• Updates tax setup, registrations, and annual reports as required.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert for Workday testing and garnishment processing.
