Job summary

La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and collaborating with HR, Finance, and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience using Workday HCM, including data updates and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Two to five years of payroll experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead full payroll cycle processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records with HR and department leads.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, taxes, and internal controls.
• Handle payroll adjustments, bonuses, reimbursements, and garnishments.
• Process service charges and gratuities; provide payroll reports and reconciliations.
