La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for our California-based team and ensure strict statutory compliance. You will work closely with Human Resources and Finance to maintain accurate records and timely processing.

The role requires experience with Workday HCM/HRIS, a BA in Accounting or Finance, and a proven ability to supervise staff while handling confidential data with integrity.

Formación

• Experience with Workday HCM for updating employee data, audits and reports.
• Four to five years of payroll experience and/or training; equivalent education/experience.
• Must understand Federal, State and City payroll laws; strong Excel/HRIS skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the full payroll cycle with accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise the Payroll Specialist; provide guidance and training.
• Maintain accurate payroll records; ensure compliance with laws and internal controls.
• Process payroll adjustments, bonuses, reimbursements, and garnishments.
• Provide payroll reports and reconciliation to Finance.
