Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Workday Payroll is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and audit attorney and business payrolls in Workday.
• Review and validate payroll calculations, including earnings, deductions, and taxes.
• Reconcile payroll data across HR, timekeeping, benefits, and related sources.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors with sound judgment.
• Prepare routine payroll reports, journals, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and internal controls.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting to coordinate payroll activities.
