Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years payroll experience.
• Ability to process weekly payroll and off-cycle payments.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll on a weekly basis and for off-cycle payments.
• Provide payroll support to assigned entities and train on payroll systems.
• Ensure time/attendance data is accurate and processed; manage payroll allocations.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies; maintain compliance.
• Assist with reporting and compliance related to taxes, benefits, and 401(k).
