Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll experience required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and wage/tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for 500+ field employees with accurate deductions.
• Maintain and update payroll records including tax withholdings and direct deposit info.
• Investigate and reconcile timecard discrepancies.
• File Federal and State payroll taxes weekly.
• Prepare and file certified payroll reports and union reports.
• Assist with onboarding payroll setup with HR.
• Generate utilization/workforce reports for internal or client-facing purposes.
• Support HR with employment verifications and unemployment claims.
• Ensure compliance with union payroll requirements.
