Responsibilities

  • Assist departments and employees with time tracking questions.
  • Review time tracking county-wide to ensure accuracy of data entered.
  • Reconciles monthly benefit billings and HR changes to employee coverages as needed.
  • Reconciles law enforcement entity billings and submits for monthly or quarterly reimbursement.
  • Serves as backup for other payroll sections providing support for workers’ compensation, mid-and end of month payroll reports and year-end reports.
  • Assists employees with payroll questions and concerns and aids with any necessary changes that affect pay.
