Responsibilities

• Assist departments and employees with time tracking questions.
• Review time tracking county-wide to ensure data accuracy.
• Reconcile monthly benefit billings and HR changes to employee coverages.
• Reconcile law enforcement entity billings and submit for reimbursement.
• Backup for other payroll sections and year-end reports.
• Assist employees with payroll questions and changes affecting pay.
• Maintain payroll documents filed and archived per retention codes.
• Performs related work as required.
