Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Paylocity HRIS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, document, distribute, and reconcile payroll.
• Review pay computations and deductions for accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal payroll laws.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and reporting.
• Audit payroll data and accruals; ensure timely processing.
• Process time and attendance data in Paylocity weekly/biweekly.
• Collaborate with accounting for salary and benefits deductions.
