Benson's Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, ensure tax and labor-law compliance, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires strong knowledge of payroll systems, accounting principles, and HR processes, supporting timely employee compensation. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of payroll experience, proficiency with Paycom or similar systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll experience with major payroll systems.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and weekly payroll using Paycom.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Maintain accurate payroll records in HRIS.
• Assist employees with payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
