• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; ability to produce ad-hoc reports.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile all earnings and deductions for payroll reporting.
• Enforce wage and hour, payroll tax laws and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage payroll data setup and updates for accurate calculations.
• Prepare off-cycle checks in compliance with state law.
• Resolve payroll questions for employees and improve processes.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Assist in payroll system evaluations, testing and upgrades as needed.
