Job summary

Heidelberg Materials in Bothell, WA is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, review timekeeping data, maintain employee records, and manage personnel changes with data integrity and confidentiality.

You will support I-9 and E-Verify, collaborate with supervisors to resolve payroll issues, and provide exceptional, accurate responses to employee and manager payroll inquiries.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing by reviewing, validating, and managing employee timekeeping data.

What Are We Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, and compliance processes with the ability to manage detailed information accurately.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Skilled at building partnerships and providing guidance to supervisors and employees on payroll-related matters.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems, with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication, problem solving, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This position is based onsite in Bothell, WA, and operates in a dynamic office environment with regular collaboration across HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
