Job summary

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef LLC is seeking a Payroll Clerk to manage hourly team member payroll processing and data integrity. This role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and a continuous improvement mindset to uphold Creekstone Proud culture.

The successful candidate will collect payroll data, answer questions, resolve discrepancies, prepare reports, and maintain direct deposit and garnishment records using ADP and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous timekeeping/payroll experience required.
• ADP experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork and respect.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Functional with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Clear communication skills – verbal and written.
• Ability to take direction humbly and collaborate to meet team goals.
• Positive attitude and initiative in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain hourly payroll data from departments to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Provide payroll information to team members by answering questions and requests.
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing payroll information.
• Prepare requested payroll reports such as earnings summaries, taxes, deductions, etc.
• Enter and maintain direct deposit or pay card information for hourly team members.
• Manage garnishment, tax levies and child support deductions for hourly team members.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and follow payroll operations policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
