Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an experienced payroll administrator to compile, maintain and process payroll information for clients from our St. Petersburg, FL office.

You will ensure payrolls are accurate and on time while coordinating with other departments to exceed client expectations. Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of administrative and/or accounting experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and to establish a cooperative relationship with clients.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll by keying hours, entering new hires, deductions and other wage items. Ensure client payroll deadlines are met.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic employee files and assist with new hires and terminations.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and guidance on Wage & Hour matters; communicate invoice totals to clients.
