Brighton Consulting Group is seeking a Payroll Representative to handle client payroll processing, retirement benefit calculations, and tax filings. You will ensure ACA and PBJ compliance and report to the Payroll Supervisor.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team, and strong Excel/Word skills. It is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Process, enter, and balance payroll for assigned clients with accuracy.
• Ensure ACA and PBJ reporting requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax documents (941, state withholding, SUTA, FUTA, W-2s).
• Maintain professionalism with clients and colleagues and escalate issues as needed.
• Utilize Brighton Consulting Group Chart of Accounts and Wellsky payroll codes.
• Take on other projects and duties as assigned.
