Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of administrative and/or accounting experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with clients.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll by keying hours and wage items into the payroll system.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic employee files and assist with new hires, maintenance, and terminations.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure correct federal, state, and local tax payments.
• Communicate payroll invoice totals to clients to ensure funding and high client retention.
• Build strong client relationships through quality service and assist with payroll setup and reporting.
