Nucor is seeking a Payroll Coordinator in Indiana to accurately process weekly and bi-weekly payroll, maintain teammate records, and complete 941/940/SUTA/W2 reconciliations. The role supports onboarding, events, and open enrollment while upholding strict confidentiality and safety standards.

Starting pay is $30/hr plus a comprehensive benefits package; typical hours run 7am–8am to 4pm–5pm with occasional department-driven adjustments. Candidates must be U.S. authorized and able to work onsite.

Qualifications

• Two years hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Excel proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Maintaining teammate personnel records and payroll tax filings.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately.
• Maintain teammate personnel records and month-end reporting.
• Perform reconciliations of 941, 940, SUTA and W2s; assist in hiring onboarding and benefits admin.
• Support events, job fairs, open enrollment, and benefits administration.
• Uphold safety and confidentiality in all payroll activities.
