Pay starts at $30/hr, based on experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package . Office hours for this role typically start between 7am-8am and end between 4pm-5pm. Hours do vary at times based on department and/or business need.
The Payroll Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to: accurately processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll and all related tasks. Maintaining teammate personnel records, month-end reporting, quarterly and annual reconciliations of 941, 940, SUTA and W2’s, and assisting in other HR functions such as hiring/onboarding, event planning, attending job fairs, open enrollment, and administration of various benefit programs. This teammate will also be responsible for managing and tracking AAP requirements all while demonstrating a high level of customer service and confidentiality, proactively communicating, and completing follow-through with our teammates and business partners.
