Job summary

Nucor Fastener Indiana is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to accurately process weekly and bi-weekly payroll, maintain teammate records, and handle related tax filings and benefits administration.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years payroll experience, strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors. This role requires confidentiality, excellent service, and teamwork in an on-site Indiana environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel with pivot tables and/or VLOOKUP.
• Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll and related tasks.
• Maintaining teammate personnel records, month-end reporting, and reconciliations of 941/940/SUTA/W2s.
• Assist in hiring/onboarding and administration of benefit programs.
• Manage and track AAP requirements with strong customer service and confidentiality.
