Nucor Steel Gallatin is seeking an HR Administrator to support all human resources functions for the division. Responsibilities include onboarding, data maintenance in SAP/SuccessFactors/Employee Central and HRIS, and supporting benefits, payroll, recruiting, and training initiatives.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance with personnel policies, and coordination of company activities. A high school diploma and HR experience are required; SAP/HRIS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computers and MS Office.
• At least one year of HR experience.
• No relatives currently employed at Nucor Gallatin.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of new teammates.
• Maintain teammate data in systems (SAP/SuccessFactors/Employee Central/Employee Central Payroll, OnBase, NOVAtime).
• Ensure conformance to personnel policies and legal requirements.
• Support benefits, timekeeping, payroll, recruiting and training activities.
• Enter work requests and requisitions into IVARA and process invoices.
