Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor degree preferred.
• 3-4 years of payroll processing experience required.
• Paycom experience is a plus.
• Must live within 60 miles of headquarters in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for 250+ employees.
• Prepare and audit payroll coversheets for each pay cycle.
• Maintain the Paycom payroll system and enter corrections, deductions, and garnishments.
• Run and audit payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Support 401(k) compliance, benefits reporting, and ACA tasks.
