Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist for a part‑time, hybrid role in the DMV area.

The ideal candidate will process multi‑state payroll in Paycom, review timesheets and adjustments, and maintain accurate employee records while ensuring regulatory compliance. The position offers up to 20 hours per week with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with HR and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong experience using Paycom.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, wage laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CPP certification is a plus but not required.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client to identify a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll processing experience who is comfortable working independently and has hands‑on experience with Paycom.

What You'll Do

• Process multi‑state payroll accurately and on schedule using Paycom

• Review and audit timesheets, earnings, deductions, and payroll adjustments

• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy

• Assist with new hire, termination, and employee status changes in the payroll system
