GardaWorld is seeking a Payroll Specialist at our St. Louis, MO headquarters. You will process payroll, maintain employee files, and support financial reporting in a fast-paced corporate finance environment.

The role offers a full-time onsite work arrangement with potential for hybrid after training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within GardaWorld Security Services.

Qualifications

• Prior payroll experience; WinTeam experience is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• High school diploma required, associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsabilités

• Master Payroll Processing: handle weekly, bi-weekly, and daily payrolls with precision and on-time payment.
• Direct Deposit Management: manage direct deposits with accuracy.
• Maintain Payroll Files: keep records up to date, organized, and confidential.
• Drive Pay Card Administration: assist in pay card distribution and management.
• Generate Financial Reports: prepare payroll reports for dashboards and leadership.
• Garnishment Processing: manage garnishments following regulations.
• Assist with Monthly Reconciliations: support monthly financial reporting.
• Tackle Ad-Hoc Payroll Tasks: assist with special projects as needed.
