The ideal candidate will manage onboarding, scheduling, benefits data, and compliance across multiple systems, with emphasis on accuracy and discretion. This exempt, full-time role offers benefits and a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience required; familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail with accurate data entry.
• Ability to self-manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• English communication skills required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time through Rippling.
• Review and reconcile time and attendance; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain employee data across multiple platforms with accuracy.
• Administer payroll items including garnishments, bonuses, and deductions.
• Manage benefits payroll functions and enrollment data.
• Prepare tracking spreadsheets for hours, payments, and compliance.
• Handle payroll inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain payroll records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and management to improve processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
