Qualifications

• Strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing with experience managing end-to-end payroll cycles.
• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Garnishments, including compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Foundational Accounting skills to support reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with finance.
• Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office (particularly Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, management, and external partners.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive employee and company information.
• Previous experience in payroll or accounting; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly or biweekly payroll for all employees with accuracy and timeliness.
