Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day payroll operations for multi-state weekly and biweekly payrolls. This role reports to the Director of Payroll and supports accurate processing across locations.

The position requires solid payroll knowledge, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. On-site role at Winstar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, OK.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• General knowledge of basic accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Data processing in UltiPro ABI payroll system.
• Review and process employee new hire/rehire information and terminations in ABI.
• Garnishment compliance and calculations.
• 401k setup and processing.
• Payroll and tax reconciliation.
• Daily communication with our locations regarding payroll matters.
• Create and run ad hoc BI reports.
• Multiple worksite and labor statistic reporting.
