Job summary

WinStar World Casino & Resort in Oklahoma is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. You will help keep payroll accurate, on schedule, and compliant while supporting timekeeping, benefits, and HR records.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of payroll or HR experience, are detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information. Proficiency with ADP or similar systems and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll, HR, accounting, or administrative experience.
• Experience with payroll systems and timekeeping processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review timecards, overtime, schedules, pay adjustments, and payroll transactions.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain PTO, vacation, personal time, leave, and other payroll records.
• Process employee changes including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and deductions.
• Prepare payroll, attendance, labor, and other HR reports and analytics.
• Auditing timekeeping, pay codes, position codes, departments, and labor allocations.
• Support benefits enrollment, changes, deductions, billing audits, and open enrollment.
• Helping employees and leaders with payroll, timekeeping, direct deposit, deductions, and HR systems.
• Providing guidance and training on timekeeping and payroll processes.
• Supporting onboarding, employee records, HR projects, engagement initiatives, and other HR operations.
• Using tools such as ADP, Microsoft Office, Beekeeper, Canva, and HR/timekeeping systems.
