Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience supporting multi-state payroll operations.
• 2+ years of experience with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain payroll records in accordance with company policies.
• Review payroll information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Update employee payroll data and support routine payroll changes.
• Respond to payroll-related questions and provide administrative support.
• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate payroll information.
• Perform additional payroll and administrative duties as assigned.
