Job summary

Furystillwatercdjr in Kentucky is seeking a hands-on Payroll Administrator to own end-to-end payroll processes across multiple dealership locations. This role collaborates with dealership management, HR, and Accounting to ensure accurate onboarding, timely payroll, and compliant benefit and payroll accounts.

You will review timecards, manage deductions, 401(k) and HSA contributions, and handle year-end tasks while maintaining confidential payroll records and delivering exceptional employee

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll, accounting, or related experience preferred.
• Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
• Automotive dealership, multi-location payroll experience is a plus.
• Experience with payroll and benefit reconciliations preferred.
• Experience with union payroll administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, semimonthly, and monthly payrolls for ~275 employees.
• Own new-hire onboarding and employee setup in Paylocity.
• Review timecards, pay changes, commissions, bonuses, deductions, PTO.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and changes.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies with managers.
• Administer payroll deductions, garnishments, and other required deductions.
• Process 401(k) and HSA contributions and reconciliations.
• Handle union payroll deductions and remittances.
• Reconcile benefit schedules and post monthly invoices.
• Generate post-payroll reports and distribute to management.
• Assist with payroll journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Support quarterly and year-end payroll processes including W-2 reconciliation.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and maintain confidentiality.
