Job summary

Fury Motors Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to own end-to-end payroll tasks, onboarding, and benefit reconciliations across multiple dealership locations. The role partners with HR, Accounting, and management to ensure accurate, timely payroll and strong employee service.

You will handle 275+ employees, maintain records, and resolve discrepancies while supporting year-end processes and payroll reporting. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll, accounting, or related experience preferred.
• Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
• Automotive dealership, multi-location, or multi-entity payroll experience is a plus.
• Experience with payroll and benefit reconciliations preferred.
• Experience with union payroll administration is a plus.
• Strong Excel and general accounting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines.
• Comfortable working with hourly, salaried, commissioned, and other variable compensation structures.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, semimonthly, and monthly payrolls for ~275 employees across locations.
• Own new-hire onboarding and employee setup in Paylocity.
• Review timecards, pay changes, commissions, bonuses, deductions, PTO, and other payroll information for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and employment changes.
• Resolve missing information, approvals, and payroll discrepancies with managers.
• Administer payroll deductions including garnishments and union remittances.
• Process and reconcile 401(k) and HSA contributions.
• Reconcile benefit schedules and invoices to payroll deductions and GL accounts.
• Generate post-payroll reports and assist with journal entries and year-end processes.
• Serve as payroll resource for employees on Paylocity, timekeeping, and benefit deductions.
