Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily payroll department operations.
• Manage workflow to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Reconcile payroll before transmission and validate reports.
• Understand taxation of employer-paid benefits.
• Process garnishment calculations and compliance.
• Execute Kronos time and attendance processing and interface with payroll.
• Prepare year-end reporting as necessary.
• Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
• Load import files from Human Resources.
• Resolve payroll issues and inquiries from divisions.
