Responsibilities include compiling payroll data and journal entries, balancing payroll runs, issuing tax payments, reconciling figures, and maintaining timesheets. You will work with Kronos timekeeping and SAP payroll data, provide wage analyses to management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with manual journal entries and payroll calculations.
• Familiarity with Kronos and SAP payroll systems.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze payroll data for records and journal entries.
• Balance payroll runs, manage tax payments, and respond to employee questions.
• Verify and reconcile payroll figures and postings.
• Conduct monthly and yearly variance analysis and audits.
• Maintain timesheets and compute deductions and net earnings.
• Submit payroll data to corporate partners and troubleshoot SAP/Kronos issues.
