You will manage time and attendance reviews, deductions, taxes, corrections, reporting, and year-end processes while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 3+ years of payroll administration or processing experience.
• Experience supporting payroll for a mid-size or large employee population.
• Proficiency with Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots).
• Experience with payroll systems (HRIS, time & attendance).

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end payroll processing for a workforce of 1,500+ employees.
• Review and validate employee time and attendance records.
• Validate payroll changes including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and deductions.
• Conduct pre-payroll audits to ensure accuracy before processing.
• Review post-payroll results and reconcile discrepancies.
• Research and process payroll corrections and amendments as needed.
• Monitor compliance with federal/state/local wage, hour, and tax requirements.
• Coordinate payroll tax corrections and year-end tax reporting tasks.
• Maintain accurate payroll records in line with policies and laws.
• Prepare payroll-related general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Support audits and provide requested payroll documentation.
