Job summary

PrestigePEO is seeking a payroll processor to manage high-volume payroll for multiple client worksites in a hybrid Tampa-based role. You will provide exceptional customer service, verify and enter payroll data, and ensure accurate processing of reports and compliance with regulations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of payroll experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with payroll systems. The position requires onsite presence in the Tampa office 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably with a payroll service company or in a large organization (500+ employees).
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review client payroll data.
• Enter/update payroll data for multiple client companies.
• Process payroll and generate reports; ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Assist client owners/managers and employees with payroll questions.
• Manage employee data, time off accruals, garnishments, and termination reports.
• Create/maintain client data in payroll system, including workers' comp codes and departments.
