Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and tax codes.

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, deductions, and direct deposit information.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including timesheets, pay stubs, and W-2 forms.
• Assist with the preparation of year-end payroll tax filings and ensure timely submission to the appropriate authorities.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Participate in payroll audits and other quality assurance processes to maintain the integrity of our payroll system.
