Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of payroll-related experience.
• Experience supporting multiple clients or working in a service-oriented environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients.
• Manage payroll reporting and coordinate payroll tax registrations.
• Set up and maintain payroll systems and benefit tracking solutions.
• Verify payroll data and ensure smooth transitions from prior providers.
• Serve as a trusted resource for client payroll questions and inquiries.
• Identify, research, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal experts and technology partners to address complex issues.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives and payroll best practices.
• Build strong relationships with clients, payroll vendors, and internal team members.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
