Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll, accounting or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process HeavyJob timecards and overtime.
• Prepare HeavyJob export spreadsheets and payroll-related reports.
• Payroll reporting for project-specific requirements and company compliance.
• Finalize UltiPro payroll and maintain employee data.
• Process union fringes and related reporting.
• Assist with invoice entry, payment processing, and accounting tasks.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and timely processing.
