Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; payroll experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Enter payroll changes and ensure accurate data through validation and control totals.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone.
• Partner with Payroll Supervisors on special projects to support clients.
