LAUNCH specializes in delivering payroll processing services and seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly payroll operations for 1500+ employees. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication with corporate staff in Oak Brook, IL, and client locations.

You will collect timecards, resolve payroll questions, process garnishments, and maintain records while ensuring compliance and timely delivery of payroll—supporting a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must have 2-5 years in a payroll related position.
• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ADP is a plus.
• Strong attention to confidentiality and data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll for 1500+ employees weekly.
• Coordinate with Corporate staff and client locations.
• Collect timecards from multiple locations and save on shared drive.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and enforce company policies.
• Handle garnishments and compliance requirements.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation.
