Job summary

Epiroc, a global leader in mining and construction, is hiring a Payroll Specialist. The role ensures accurate, on-time processing of multi-state U.S. payroll using Dayforce and SAP SuccessFactors, with close collaboration across HR and Finance.

The position starts onsite with potential hybrid arrangement after onboarding. Candidates should have 5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, strong knowledge of tax rules, and advanced Excel skills to maintain compliant payroll records and respond to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of U.S. payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
• Experience with Dayforce Payroll and Workforce Management.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or another HRIS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, garnishments, and deductions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Validate payroll data: earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments.
• Support reconciliations, quarter-end, year-end tasks including W-2s.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries.
