Epiroc is seeking a Payroll & HR Admin on a hybrid schedule in Garland, TX. The role supports the Employee Lifecycle with precise HR data in HRIS and payroll systems, acts as a primary contact for HR Admin inquiries, and ensures regulatory reporting and ongoing process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years in HR administration, and strong experience with cloud HR tools such as SuccessFactors, Oracle, and ServiceNow.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in HR administration, preferably in a multinational or large organization.
• Working knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance; data privacy awareness such as GDPR is a plus.
• Experience with digital HR processes and cloud-based systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, HR-plus, Oracle). Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRMs (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Timely processing of incoming HR administrative service tickets within the HR RCoE Service Desk Portal.
• Maintain accurate HR master data in HRIS and payroll systems for the full employee lifecycle.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for HR Administrative inquiries; escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory reporting; generate ad-hoc internal reports.
• Support HR administration projects and continuous improvement initiatives; assist with system testing.
