Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in Workday and Kronos preferred.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain payroll records for Charleston Healthcare Center employees.
• Field overtime, paid time, and trade requests; liaise with Corporate Payroll.
• Review daily exemption sheets for payroll.
• Generate payroll reports and distribute to department heads for review.
• Answer questions from employees and department heads regarding payroll.
