• Experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.
• Understanding of payroll processes, employee pay information, deductions and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Good numerical and administrative skills with a methodical approach.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for clients.
• Problem solving and follow-through to resolution.
• Organised with ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfort with payroll systems, spreadsheets and business software.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll for a portfolio of clients accurately and on time.
• Review payroll inputs, changes, deductions and tax withholdings for correctness.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies and implement corrections.
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting and administrative activities.
• Maintain confidential employee payroll records and meet deadlines.
• Serve as a helpful client contact and resolve payroll queries.
